From 18.09.21 strength training groups will be held again at the Chirohouse. Our studied performance trainer Niklas will start the functional units every Saturday morning with a maximum of six participants. The small group size guarantees individual attention in the usual Chirohouse quality. The programme consists of four thematically coordinated courses, each offering 60 min. of intensive training.
Every Saturday there will be four consecutive classes. In each class, the focus is on a different joint. This is not only considered in isolation, but also functionally integrated into muscular chains.
The main topics of breathing, trunk stability, shoulder stability and hip stability offer both beginners and experienced athletes a great basis for targeted and performance-enhancing training.
In the first unit, we work on correct breathing and core stability. Strengthening the core provides the basis for all other units. The courses are designed to build on each other, but can also be taken individually.
The end of each training day is a sweaty HIIT unit. High-intensity interval training" is characterised by rapid alternation of strenuous workloads and short recovery phases with low intensity. HIIT is an optimal strength endurance and fitness training that ideally rounds off every course.
