Catherine
Pudenz
B.A. Sports and Training Science
Born and raised in Frankfurt am Main, Katharina Pudenz discovered her passion for movement and health at an early age.
She completed her dance training in Berlin. Kat's interest in body alignment, rehabilitation and connection to her own body led her to Florida (USA), where she completed a six-month training in Yoga Precisions Alignment. Further training in Yin Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation followed, as well as an extended stay in Norway.
After years in Norway, she returned to Berlin to complete a degree in sports and training science.
Kat gained her first experience as a sports therapist at the Vivental health center and has been part of the ChiroHouse team since May 2024. She has been treating children, adolescents and adults at the Berlin Movement Lab since July 2024.
Kat's goal is to get people moving and to show how training can lead people with injuries, pain, restricted movement, dissatisfaction and psychological stress back to a healthy and pain-free life.
The focus is on the prevention and rehabilitation of injuries: She improves her patients' strength, coordination and mobility through targeted muscle activation and individual exercises.
As an extreme sports enthusiast, her heart beats especially for skydiving and indoor skydiving. She has worked as a wind tunnel instructor and coach at the Hurricane Factory Berlin and Voss Vind and has participated in events as a skydiving coach. Kat has won the Norwegian Indoor Skydiving Championships twice and won a bronze medal at the German Freestyle Skydiving Championships.
