Osteopathy (IFAO)
Bachelor of Science (Sports Therapy and Prevention)

Boj Boysen studied osteopathy for 5 years at the Institute for Applied Osteopathy (IFAO) in Berlin. His treatments focus on connective tissue techniques to restore natural biomechanics. He specializes in the Active Release Technique (ART). In this form of therapy, he releases painful tension, adhesions or scarring using gentle pressure and light movements. Patients actively participate in the muscle relaxation process.

Thanks to his functional rehabilitation approach, Boj is not only sought out by patients with classic back and joint complaints, but also by numerous athletes.
He studied "Sport in Therapy and Prevention" at the University of Potsdam and combines valuable osteopathic techniques with sports therapy approaches. In movement therapy, Boj specializes in dynamic neuromuscular stabilization (DNS).
This method focuses on the development between a person's nervous system and musculoskeletal system, which is individually incorporated into the therapy and rehabilitation process.

In addition to his work at ChiroHouse, he is an important part of the medical team of the German Ju-Jutsu national team (DJJV).
Boj's motivation for his daily work: empowering patients and showing them ways to overcome pain and movement restrictions on their own. To this end, he regularly takes part in various manual therapy and sports therapy training courses. His understanding of innovative therapy: analyzing complex anatomical structures and their biomechanical functions in detail and providing patients with the best possible care using interdisciplinary methods.
