Saturday training at the ChiroHouse

Our Fitness Training Plan

From September 18.09.21 strength training groups will be held again in the Chirohouse. Our studied performance trainer Niklas will start every Saturday morning with a maximum of six participants the functional units from a fitness training plan. The small group size guarantees individual attention in the usual Chirohouse quality. The program consists of four thematically coordinated courses, each offering 60 min. of intensive training.
